You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The service was not completed as agreed

  • We failed to arrive within the scheduled window without communication

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service

  • Services that were completed as agreed and signed off

  • Issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer
