We provide junk removal services by appointment only to ensure efficient scheduling and quality service. Customers are encouraged to book in advance through our website, phone, or email. Same-day services may be available depending on route availability.
To help our crew work efficiently, please ensure that all items for removal are clearly separated and easily accessible at the time of pickup. If our team cannot safely access the junk due to blocked pathways, locked gates, or safety concerns (e.g., aggressive pets, unstable structures), we may reschedule or cancel the job.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a fee to compensate for reserved time and transportation costs.
